1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the phpone platform — including the casino, sportsbook, crash games, and any promotional features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional terms incorporated by reference, including phpone's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of phpone regardless of the device, browser, or method used to access the platform. Use of the phpone Login to access your account constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.4 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to hold a phpone account: (a) persons under the age of 21; (b) persons who have self-excluded from phpone or any other gambling platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of phpone and its affiliated entities; (d) persons in jurisdictions where access to online gambling platforms is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) phpone account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts created under different names, email addresses, GCash numbers, Maya accounts, or device identifiers by the same individual — are strictly prohibited. phpone employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phpone reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the phpone registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpone Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using valid login credentials will be treated as activity conducted by you. phpone strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify phpone immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Suspension and Termination. phpone reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or at the request of relevant regulatory authorities.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phpone accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. All transactions on the phpone platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. phpone does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on phpone is ₱50. phpone reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice to users.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes under normal operating conditions, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements. phpone reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where: (a) identity verification has not been completed; (b) a bonus is still subject to wagering requirements; (c) a withdrawal request is flagged by phpone's internal risk management systems; or (d) phpone is investigating suspected fraudulent activity on the account.

4.4 Withdrawal to Source of Funds. All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, where technically possible. phpone does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods not registered to the account holder, or cash-equivalent instruments not on record for the account.

4.5 Currency. phpone processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP). Where a payment provider applies any currency conversion, the applicable exchange rate and any associated fees are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. phpone offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the relevant promotion, which are published on the phpone promotions page and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a phpone account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. phpone maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that phpone considers to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using betting strategies specifically designed to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting"); colluding with other players; and exploiting errors in bonus crediting systems. phpone reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.

5.4 Bonus Eligibility. phpone reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. phpone may exclude any player from any promotion without being required to provide reasons.

5.5 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event that a bonus is credited to an account in error — whether due to a technical malfunction, human error, or any other cause — phpone reserves the right to reclaim the erroneously credited amount. Where the player has already wagered such funds, phpone may deduct the equivalent amount from the account balance.

6. Game Rules & Betting

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on phpone — including slots, live dealer games, crash games (Aviator, Mines Grand), bingo, and table games — are provided by third-party game suppliers and operate on certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems. phpone does not directly control the outcome of any game; outcomes are determined independently by the game supplier's certified systems.

6.4 Disputed Game Outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in phpone's server logs and the game supplier's certified records shall be considered definitive. In the event of a discrepancy between the display on a player's device and the server record, the server record shall prevail.

6.5 Technical Failures. phpone shall not be liable for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or technical interruptions on the player's side during a gaming session. Where a game session is interrupted due to a confirmed fault on phpone's side, phpone will make reasonable efforts to restore the session to the state immediately prior to the interruption, or credit the player accordingly.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpone platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the phpone platform;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the phpone platform or any game for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage;
• Any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Accessing phpone from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Attempting to circumvent phpone's security systems, geo-restriction measures, or account verification processes;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward phpone staff, support agents, or other players;
• Any other conduct that phpone reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or phpone's reputation.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the phpone platform — including but not limited to the phpone brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and functionality — is the intellectual property of phpone or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Licence to Use. phpone grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phpone platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phpone content; use any phpone branding or trademarks without prior written consent; or reverse-engineer any part of the phpone platform.

8.3 User Content. Where the phpone platform permits you to submit any content — including support messages, feedback, or chat communications — you grant phpone a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use such content for the purposes of operating and improving the platform.

9. Privacy & Data

phpone collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account on phpone, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phpone implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption — to protect your personal and financial data. However, phpone cannot guarantee absolute security and shall not be liable for unauthorised access to your data resulting from circumstances beyond phpone's reasonable control.

10. Responsible Gaming

Where phpone's liability to you cannot be excluded by law, phpone's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your phpone account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Third-Party Services. phpone is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other third-party service providers integrated into the phpone platform. Any disputes arising from third-party game outcomes or payment processing delays should be directed to phpone customer support in the first instance.

12. Amendments to These Terms

phpone reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, phpone will notify registered players via the email address on record for their account, or by a prominent notice on the phpone platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
